Immigration Services for Summit Defense Clients
Total Case Review: Criminal and Immigration Issues
Practicing criminal defense in the Bay Area requires special consideration for non-US Citizens. The criminal court system is challenging enough, but immigrants may face additional problems that other defense attorneys do not consider. A criminal conviction can pose serious immigration consequences depending on the your visa status, date of entry, as well as the offense you were arrested for or convicted of. We work tirelessly to make sure that a criminal conviction will not make you inadmissible, deportable or unable to change your immigration status. Our goal is always to work to have your charges completely dismissed, however, an immigrant may suffer immigration consequence EVEN IF CASE IS DISMISSED.
